3User Obligations

When using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to provide Material Facts accurately. Under the principle of uberrima fides (Utmost Good Faith), failure to disclose all relevant information may lead to the cancellation of your insurance policy or rejection of future claims by the insurer.

4Premium Payments

In accordance with Section 156 of the Insurance Act (the 'Cash and Carry' rule), insurance coverage only becomes effective upon payment of the full premium or a dynamic instalment plan agreed upon by the insurer. We facilitate payments through secure channels, and official receipts are issued for all transactions.

5Data Protection & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is handled in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act (2019). By submitting your information, you consent to our processing of your data for the purpose of obtaining insurance quotes and managing your policies.
